To ensure that we can give you the very best print possible, we would ask that you follow some simple guidelines before sending us your images.

1. Ensure that the image uses the sRGB or Adobe98 working space.
2. Ensure that the image is large enough for the size of print that you require. We print at a resolution of 300dpi. There is no need to size the image exactly, as the Roes software will assist you with the cropping of the image.
3. You can choose that we analyse and colour correct your images before printing. Simply select the required option during the checkout page in the Roes software. If you do not require colour correction then please speak to us with regards to obtaining some test prints (these are free of charge).
4. If you familiar with colour management and would like to a copy of our printer profile, then please contact us.
